Five years ago I was jumping from different exercise sessions, including gym, classes, running and yoga, with no structure, progression or focus. When I felt motivated to be active, I wouldn’t see results and therefore my motivation would drop. Lack of consistency made it easier to stop exercising when 'life got in the way'.

My mission in life is to help you design your own version of wellness so that you can feel balanced, active and healthy.
